2008 ACCOMODATION PRICES
As we have stated we are not a holiday firm, we are divers who have visited Palinuro on many occasions and whilst there, we have negotiated accommodation and travel deals for British divers with the local Tourist Board, who are very keen to encourage tourism to the area. These prices are guaranteed and secured with the Tourist Board and what you see is what you pay.
We are CURRENTLY BOOKING the following 2008 dates ;
Tuesday 9th September until Thursday 18th September accomodation yet to confirmed, places are available on a first come first serve basis.

We have four diver places available for the above dates. We are staying in the 'Le Tre Caravella' Hotel and the cost is £270 B&B plus £50 coach transfer (£25 each way). The cost of your diving is payable direct to the dive company in resort. If you are intrested in joining us then please contact us for further information.
We are also booking other dates throughout the year with the exception of August which is an Italian National holiday and room availability is scarce and very expensive.

This is a family run Three star Hotel overlooking the bay of Palinuro. The hotel has beautiful views over the bay. Offers half board accommodation in spacious bright ensuite rooms all with air conditioning and colour tv. Most rooms have a small terrace. Typical local food and wine. The hotel also offers internet access, local boat service and has a small private beach. Accommodation is in twin and double rooms with a third bed available in some rooms. Cots available on request. We have used this hotel for the last three trips and have found the staff and owner very helpful and a holel which is very diver friendly.

Offering Four star accommodation the Hotel Santa Catarina was opened in 1949 as a luxurious stop off for princes,artists and film stars. The hotel having been recently restored and refurbished offers every comfort whilst maintaining a cosy atmosphere from the fifties. The rooms and suites are all different but offer comfortable, traditional accommodation.
The Hotel boasts a fine restaurant that serves local and traditional food. The "Da Siena" bar was built with the hotel and hosts the oldest ice cream shop in Palinuro. The terrace provides breath-taking views over the bay.

These prices are based on two persons sharing for a minimum three nights stay.
Additional to all of the above prices there is a £25 charge payable each way, this covers the airport transfer to and from Naples (2.5 to 3 hrs) to Palinuro, which is in a luxury air conditioned coach. This is on advised flights only and for groups of twenty. Independent travellers will be accommodated with other parties to access the above rates. Please be advised that this is a nominal charge and that alternative transport is very expensive due to the location and distance of Palinuro from Naples airport, we can provide you with detail of hire car operators and give you an idea of costs.
We have also stayed at the Hotel 'Le Tre Caravelle' in Palinuro and prices are the same as the Hotel 'Lido Ficocella ' would be happy to comment on our stay should anyone require further information.
